GP Appointments
Morning appointments can be booked from 8.30am on the day. Afternoon appointments can be booked at 2.00pm on the day
Online appointment booking access is also available if you would like access to this please see a member of staff
We aim to see patients within 30 minutes of their appointment time or provide an explanation for the delay. Please let reception know if your problem is urgent.
Triage Service
If you think that your problem can be dealt with without seeing the Doctor or nurse please speak to a receptionist who will take a message and pass it on to the GP.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you can not make your appointment let us know as soon as you can so another patient can book the appointment time. You can cancel or change your appointment:
Signposting
Our reception staff may ask for a brief idea about the problem you need help with, this is because they may be able to sign post you to a more appropriate service.
If you need help when we are closed
- Use NHS 111 online (111.nhs.uk) or call 111. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
- If it’s a life-threatening emergency call 999.

Home Visits
For those too ill or physically unable to attend the surgery, please request before 10.30am if possible We are not obliged to visit for reasons of inconvenience or transport problems.
