- Please treat all staff, fellow patients, carers and visitors with respect and without abuse or violence. Failure to do so may result in your removal from the practice list.
- If you are unable to attend for your appointment please let us know so that we can offer it to someone else.
- Try to let us know in advance if you are going to be late for your appointment so that we can agree alternative arrangements if necessary.
- Please be patient if the doctor or nurse is running late as this is due to unforeseeable circumstances.
- If you would like a chaperone present during your consultation or examination, please inform your doctor or nurse who will be happy to arrange this for you.
- Our doctors or nurses sometimes have students with them; if you prefer that they are not present for your consultation please let the receptionist know.
- Inform the practice of any changes to your name address or contact details so that we can keep your records up to date.
- Patients who move to an address outside of the practice area will be required to change GP
- Please make a separate appointment for each patient that needs to be seen
- Please inform the receptionist when booking appointments if you require a double appointment to discuss more than one problem
